Six full weeks of support through an online platform in a small, close knit group setting - we will start together, learn together & finish confidently together. Live video presentation weekly, handouts & presentations, weekly group challenges, daily check-in and more.

Hi, I’m Jasmin.
Born in beautiful but tiny Salzburg, it drew me out into the world at a young age. Having worked in Hospitality for many years, I always loved helping people “living their best life”. An unexpected relocation to Sydney, Australia in my early 30’s was the game-changer for me. Inspired by their active and outdoorsy lifestyle, healthy food and easy-going attitude, I moved away from a busy (often stressful) way of living, centered around convenience which often left me without energy. Instead I started to lean into the possibilities of a more balance approach to my overall wellness.
And now, as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Barre Instructor, I approach wellness with this exact integrated standpoint; evaluating environmental factors, stress and mental wellbeing, lifestyle habits and of course, the food we eat. I steer away from “one size fits all” solutions and focus on the uniqueness of each client to uncover their potential.
